Rates include applicable taxes. Please inquire about discounts for multiple
dogs from the same home for group or private walks.
Christmas to New Year’s surcharge (December 24 to January 1, inclusive)
additional $10.00 on the above rates.
Payment
Whiskers & Paws requires a 50% deposit to confirm your pet’s boarding stay with
us. The balance is payable one week prior to your pet’s stay.
Cancellations
We do not provide refunds if cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to your pets
stay. If cancelled within 48 hours to 7 days prior we will give 50% of the total
value of the stay in credit into your account for a future stay with us. If cancelled
more than one week before the stay but less than one month this becomes a
full credit on your account to use for future stays with us. Please note that if you
cancel with more than one month’s notice, your 50% deposit will be fully
refunded. We do not credit an account if the stay has begun or has passed (a no-show).
No refunds will be issued if you pick up your pet at an earlier date than scheduled.
These rules are in place to help us accommodate as many of our clients as
possible and to avoid disappointment. We know things can change and we are
happy to accommodate your schedule. We asked that you provide us with as
much notice as possible if you need to change a previously scheduled booking.
